Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@senexsupplies.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
